Mike Thompson, Founder & Lead Estimator
Started swinging a hammer at 16, earned his contractor's license at 24, and founded Iron Clad at 28 with one truck and a reputation for showing up when he said he would. Twenty-five years later, that same commitment to reliability drives every estimate, every install, every interaction.
Mike personally oversees all project estimates and quality control. If you get a quote from Iron Clad, it came from Mike's inspection and his two decades of experience reading Connecticut roofs.
Our Installation Teams
